Create safety in intimate spaces to allow for better growth, development, and exploration.

Hi! My name is Tula and I am a sexual wellness educator and somatic bodyworker.

I started my eclectic career as a somatic bodyworker and sexuality coach first through dance, acrobatics, and movement. In my youth I began performing, coaching, choreographing, and producing acrobatic works first in my hometown in the Pacific Northwest of the United States, and then later all across the world.

After recognizing the intense strain I had placed on my body through my career as an acrobatic performer, I started to explore bodywork and in 2012 I completed a degree in therapeutic massage. I learned about the connection between movement and touch and discovered the healing power touch has on the body.

After sexual abuse and interpersonal trauma brought my life to a halt in 2019, I was crippled by PTSD. I lost my connection to my body and was unable to participate in any movement, touch, or intimacy the way I once had. My mental, physical, emotional, and sexual health all deteriorated.

I spent several years repairing my relationship to my mind, body, and sexuality through a number of therapeutic practices and through the exploration of sex work and the adult industry. Through this process I developed a deep understanding of the importance of safety in intimate spaces and the importance of sexual acceptance and liberation.

In 2022, I decided to expand my knowledge further and returned to university to finish my Bachelor’s degree in psychology. Set to complete my degree in the summer of 2024, I have begun to incorporate my continued education in psychology to support my work as a sexuality and intimacy coach.

I am additionally enrolled as a student in a sexological bodywork program as a part of my continued exploration and education in sexual wellness.

My current work includes education around sexual safety and sexual exploration with specific awareness and focus on sexual trauma, attachment trauma, interpersonal communication, mental health issues, LGBTQ+ identities, marginalized identities, sex work, adult industry standards, kink, and somatic practices.
